My Mom Won't Let Me Get My Bellyon Pierced Becuz Some Gland Might Swell Becuz They Get Infected easily?!?!

Is that true or false??? like she said that if i get my bellyon pierced then it will hurt unbearably,,, do u no any places in Lincoln, nebraska that might do it w/o parental permission or do u have any advice on belly on piercing. Like anything would help TONZ i mean i really REALLY want to get it pierced i just need to convince her!!!! :] please help me
