Merc.mystique rotor problem.....?

hi, i have a mercury mystique and did bearing recently on front right side,my torque wrench was messed up and was not exactly sure if i did 199 foot pounds it supossed go, or more,, the thing is that the rotor rubbing the clamb that holds the head where the brake pads go, that clamb goues attached with 2 nuts ,top and om, making a noice no contunusly but sounds like rotor is loose but it is not, and totor is scratching all around on the car side, seems like rotor is too far in and needs to be pulled out half of centimiter in order to stop rubbing, do you thing i torque nearint too much or..... today i did loose the main nut a litle to see if i could move the whole thing out but was not success, then i re-torque the nut to 199 foot pounds, please help
