Does the abuse done to the disabled children and adults in Belgrade,Serbia anger and disgust you?

I watched the Nightly News segment tonight about those patients in Serbia which saddened and angered me. However, it is not surprising to see people in such conditions. Something needs to be done immediately for the dignity and livelihood of those people.
