What should I do with my player bf?

Im in an on/off relationship wit him 4 abt 2years; in this paeriod he quitts 2 times and after awhile he turned back and said he missed me and cant stop thinkin abt meand etc. @first I ddnt care abt him,I just liked him as a friend but afte his second time wen he came back we were so closed n Igot feelin 4him deeply,I should say he luvs me2(its obvious n every1(friends) say it) BUT the problem is Y he quitts coz now it seems hes goin to quit again,he doesnt call;doesnt txt;v ddnt date 4 abt 3 weeks;all my friend keeps tellin me hez a player 4get abt his luv. .hez not the 1 4 u;he doesnt call even when he wanna has a date or wanna go somewhere(party...)also another thing that im upset abt z V never go out;just his place or mine or party palces.whenever I planned4 an outdoor date he refused in a tricky way.dont no what2do wit him,I luv him but he makes me angry n sad coz of his acts.he,himself,doesnt call and he told me tat im the1 whoz not interested in.Y hez playin wit me?
