What do you think about this page from my new novel?

"He felt his bladder. He palpated it down there and it felt full and fully engorged. It would need emptying soon or dire consequences were in store. He estimated he had about five more hours before the bladder would rupture and send him into septic shock. These consequences were unacceptable. He would have to empty it, there would be no other way. Failure was not an option. The bladder would have to be fully emptied of its contents. The contents would then have to be disposed of cleanly and with little in the way of fanfare. There was no other way. It would have to happen. It had to happen. If anyone tried to stop him, he would have to take care of business. He would take out the trash. He would do it. He had to. There was no other way. Others might pooh-pooh his voluntary incontinence. But he would accept those consequences. He would have to. There was no other way.
