Do i have a chance at any of these UCs?

Well what are you applying for? Either way, UCLA seems like a reach since their average is 4.2 + for freshman, but UCI and UCSB seem fine, as long as you didn't apply for too competitive of a major. Also, you are almost in the ballpark for UCSD, so make sure your essay is top notch!
