I'm subleasing and my roommate just up and moved w/money owed & Prop. Man. say I have no rights?

I have my half of the rent and can have the rest tomorrow, I have bad bad credit history, I'm 6 months pregnant. This all started on the first. She got a pay rent or quit notice and a 3 day leave notice for breach of contract because she sublet when it;s against her contract. I've tried to get in contact with the property manager went down and she was out sick, (her co-workers stated that they could just throw me out with no notice and there's nothing I could do) next day called before and after lunch asking for a good time to go and see her..... no reply, I'm going back down there in person shortly but i'm overwhelmed and don't know what to do I can't afford to move with such short notice, I have no where to go what do I do I don't know anything about rental laws and all that.
