Coupons.com - How long does it take to print the coupons?

I installed the coupon printer, and after it finished it said it was sending the coupons to my printer. It has been doing this for probably 30 minutes now. I just printed something else with no trouble. Is it normal to take this long? I even closed it and resubmitted it.
