Is it good to have two antivir programs installed on a Windows 7 laptop?

I was planning to add to my Norton 360 because last time I had it a virus kinda sneaked in. Uh what is the best tandem antivir to Norton? Will Avira clash with it? or AVG or Kaspersky?
