I Want to Reenlist what can I do?

I am in the Active Duty Army and I want to reenlist. My retentions NCO is a real idiot and does nothing to help me out. I want to sit down with a reenlistment guy and learn what my options are. Is there anything I can o to reenlist and find out my options without going through my retentions NCO?
