I would say no- because of the heavy bangs and the fullness around the face, it would make your face look round and heavy. I don't think the color would compliment your skin or eye tone either. I think your hair looks pretty dark. Have you considered adding dark auburn low lights? That would add great dimension and shine to your hair and would brighten your skin tone.
