What is the best tooth whitening product?

My teeth are yellow from smoking and drinkng coffee. I have never used a tooth whitener, only whitening toothpaste. I have read alot of different things and im kinda scared to use any. My teeth and gums are kinda sensitive. Any suggestions on a good whitening product that actually whitens and dosn't make your gums blister
