What's the best budget 223 cal semi-auto?

AR's are best in that cal. I have a mini 14 also but as for accuracy they're not that great and you'llstill be spending about $500. I build my own ar's and you can build a cheap plinker ar for around $600. But if you don't feel good about building one then just save your money for the AR. I have to ak's both are in 7.62x39mm and not that accurate either.
