I want to get more power from my grand prix gtp?

so i have a 1997 pontiac grand prix gtp supercharged. the engine has 240hp and i wanna bump that up over 300. it has a k&n intake, oil breather, and 10.8mm sparkplug wires. what should i do to achieve my goals? thanks
